An email from one of our clients thanking Tshakane for her hard work. Read more
Good day Mam
My name is Petrus Williams and I am a Client Service Officer at Department of Labour in the Northern Cape, De Aar.
I was dealing with a client who was going through a tough time and struggling to get his provident fund. The landlord wants him and his family to go and stay in the streets, due to the fact that he is unemployed and could not pay the rent. He approached me regarding the situation and gave me the number of Tshakane Jamjam who is dealing with his provident fund.
I phone Tshakane and also sent her emails regarding the client. The client was putting a lot of pressure on me because according to him I can talk to the people and let him get his money.
Tshakane was the one who made a change in this person’s life. She was going the extra mile by phoning the bank and sending me proof of how far the claim is.
Today I can say with pride that the claim was approved and that the client did receive his money. If it wasn’t for Tshakane I don’t know if the client would’ve received his money and I thank her for her patience that she was having with me when I phoned her.
Thanks for having such a professional hardworking person in your office. I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
For any Labour related enquiries feel free to contact me.
Hope you find this in order.
Have a blessed day.

I would like to thank you for being caring, and sorting out the system by which Evelyn can access the small investment available to her.
I could write a book on the long and time consuming trail followed to find her , when we were made aware that our contributions were still sitting in a investment, and for which she was unaware. Papers and Files given to her when she left our employ 20 years previously. A truly loyal , honest “ family Member” , who assisted with the upbringing of our children, the keeping safe our home, (while we were away on holiday) , and eventually, joining us on our holidays.
The banks and investment companies , have really not been helpful. AFS , with you being the person involved in our small problem, have made the whole process look like a walk in the park.
Today, Evelyn called me to say she is able to draw money at an ATM, and will ,she promised me, not waste or abuse the money now available to alleviate her financial needs as she requires.
Our sincere thanks to you. Trust the days away last week were enjoyable, and will be advantageous to you in your future at AFS.
